Limited information may temporarily remain where necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, moderation disputes, legal obligations or backups. A de-identified moderation record may remain when necessary to protect the catalogue or resolve a rights dispute. After manually confirmed serious playback abuse, unreadable device or network security codes may remain for no more than 90 days. These codes do not contain your readable email, profile, songs, messages or raw internet address.
Deleted releases do not remain publicly available. Any temporarily retained copy is limited to the purpose that requires it.
Signed-in deletion is designed to begin immediately and cannot be undone. Support requests are handled without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. OUTERLIGHT may ask for limited information to verify that the requester owns the account.
If deletion fails, do not create repeated requests. Contact OUTERLIGHT Support and include the error message without sharing a password or authentication code.
