To delete the shared sign-in, Listener profile, Creator Studio profile and all connected data, send a request through the private support form. Use the account email and write “Delete my complete OUTERLIGHT account” in the subject. Identity verification may be required.
Request complete deletion →Your Listener profile, playlists, likes, follows, listening history and shared sign-in remain usable.
Your Creator Studio profile, releases, uploaded media and shared sign-in remain usable.
A verified complete-account request removes the shared login and account identifier together with both profiles and all data listed above. Deleted releases do not remain publicly available.
Limited information may temporarily remain where necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, moderation disputes, legal obligations or backups. A de-identified moderation record may remain when necessary to protect the catalogue or resolve a rights dispute. After manually confirmed serious playback abuse, unreadable device or network security codes may remain for no more than 90 days. These codes do not contain your readable email, profile, songs, messages or raw internet address.
Deleted releases do not remain publicly available. Any temporarily retained copy is limited to the purpose that requires it.
Signed-in Creator or Listener profile deletion is designed to begin immediately and cannot be undone. Complete-account requests and requests from people who cannot sign in are handled through support without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. OUTERLIGHT may ask for limited information to verify that the requester owns the account.
If deletion fails, do not create repeated requests. Contact OUTERLIGHT Support and include the error message without sharing a password or authentication code.
